Thirty-five percent of registered voters believe the result of the 2020 presidential election should be overturned.
According to a Politico/Morning Consult poll released on Wednesday 22 percent of registered voters say the election results should ‘definitely’ be overturned and 13 percent say the results should ‘probably’ be overturned.
43 percent of registered voters said the results should “definitely not” be overturned, and 12 percent said they should “probably not” be overturned.
As expected the results break along party lines with a majority of Republicans, 60% saying the results should definitely or probably be overturned. Only 16 percent of a Democrats and 27 percent of independents agree.
The poll, was conducted Oct. 22-24 and surveyed 1,999 registered voters. The margin or error is 2 percentage points.
