Pro-abortion protesters disrupted Kavanaugh’s dinner, forcing him to leave DC restaurant through the back door.

Carlson calls Brett Kavanaugh a 'cringing little liberal' for allowing vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.

Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was forced to flee Morton’s restaurant in downtown Washington D.C on Wednesday night after abortion rights protesters gathered outside.

According to Politico, protesters showed up at the restaurant after receiving a tip that Kavanaugh was dining there and called the manager demanding that he be kicked out.

A source told Politico that Kavanaugh was ultimately forced to leave through a back door exit, before dessert, as protests built outside the main door of the restaurant.

Morton’s condemned the protesters for disrupting Kavanaugh’s “right to eat dinner” in a statement to Politico.

“Honorable Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh and all of our other patrons at the restaurant were unduly harassed by unruly protestors while eating dinner at our Morton’s restaurant,” the statement reads. “Politics, regardless of your side or views, should not trample the freedom at play of the right to congregate and eat dinner. There is a time and place for everything. Disturbing the dinner of all of our customers was an act of selfishness and void of decency.”

Kavanaugh is one of the five conservative justices on the Supreme Court who ruled that women do not have a constitutional right to an abortion when the court overturned Roe v. Wade last month.
