Arizona Democrats shut down campaign office after shootings.

Mayor dies in police chase days after his town’s entire police force quit.

The Arizona Democratic Party has reportedly closed their field office in Tempe after it was targeted in three separate shooting incidents in as many weeks.

The three shootings took place on September 16, September 23 and October 6, according to USA TODAY.

The outlet reported that the office had been struck by firearm rounds and BB gun pellets. All three attacks occurred overnight when the office was closed and empty. There are no reports of any casualties.

“On [October 6] around 12:30 a.m., the Democratic National Committee campaign office was struck by what appears to be gunfire,” Tempe police said after the most recent shooting. “No one was inside the building. This is now the third incident at the campaign office.”

Lauren Kuby, a state Senate candidate, told USA TODAY that candidates and staff who had been working from the office have moved to an undisclosed location to continue their work.

The Tempe Police Department is investigating all three incidents and is offering a $1,000 reward from Silent Witness for any information leading to the arrest of a suspect.

The suspect’s vehicle was described as a Toyota Highlander, between 2008 and 2013, with a sunroof, roof rack and 5 spoke rims, police said.

Arizona is one of six crucial battleground states that will decide which candidate wins the November presidential election.

Polls have shown a very tight race between Vice-President Kamala Harris and Donald Trump with either candidate’s lead within the poll’s margin of error.
