British trucking company is considering suing Trump over 'Truth Social' logo.

A British trucking company is threatening to take legal action against Donald Trump over this ‘Truth Social’ logo that is almost identical to their design.

The Truth Social app became available on Apple’s online store on Sunday night and social media users were quick to point out that it looks similar to British start-up, Trailar, a company that fits solar panels to trucks and other large vehicles, and provides data analytics to the trucking industry, according to The Independent

Both logos use block-style shapes that form the letter “T” on a blue background.

“Great to see Donald Trump supporting a growing sustainability business! Maybe ask next time?” Trailar tweeted on Monday and tagged some members of the Trump family.

The company’s head of marketing, Matthew Summers told the Independent they are “now seeking legal advice to understand next steps and options available to protect our brand.”

“TRAILAR has no affiliation or connection with the Truth Social network site, with our business firmly focused on decarbonising global transport through the use of solar and data driven technologies,” the company added.

In addition to having a similar logo to the trucking company, users also pointed out that the site is similar to Twitter. Trump was permanently banned from Twitter after the deadly Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
