Police were investigating a report Thursday of a possible explosive device in a pickup truck outside the Library of Congress on Capitol.
Capitol Police tweeted on Thursday the investigation is ongoing and urged people to stay away from the area.
The Library of Congress and three Capitol office buildings have been evacuated. This is the first time since Jan. 6 that Capitol office buildings have been evacuated.
