Fox News host Tucker Carlson blasts Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh on Thursday after the court upheld a vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.
Kavanaugh and Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the court’s liberal justices in a 5-4 ruling to allow the mandate for healthcare workers at federally-funded facilities to stand.
After his guest, CEO of the Center for American Liberties, Harmeet Dhillon criticized the court’s decision saying it “is really unfortunate, given the massive shortage that we have of healthcare workers right now in our hospitals,” Carlson singled out Kavanaugh.
“Yeah, with no help from Brett Kavanaugh I notice,” he said, adding “cringing little liberal.”
Though the court allowed President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for healthcare workers to stand, they strike down the mandate for private companies that have more than 100 employees in a 6-3 ruling.
