Crockett moves to trademark ‘bleach blonde bad built butch body’ after clash with Greene.

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) has filed paperwork to trademark the phrase ‘bleach blonde bad built butch body’ which she said during a heated exchange with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) at a House Oversight Committee hearing last week.

Crockett’s campaign filed the application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark on Sunday, according to USA TODAY.

She plans to use it for apparel like hats, hoodies, socks, pants, t-shirts and tops, according to the filing.

In response Greene told Fox News Digital, “I’m very happy with myself. I turn 50 on Monday, and I’m so excited that I’m still alive and healthy and have done so much in life.”

She continued: “And I think no matter what shape, size or how we look, we need to be ourselves, not telling women the only way to be attractive or accepted is to have fake boobs, fake hair, fake lashes, and injected faces. I mean, we all wear makeup and do lashes and stuff sometimes, but it’s out of control. Women need a better message for women.”

Last Thursday, a House Oversight Committee meeting went off the rails when the Georgia Republican said Crockett’s “fake eyelashes are messing up what you’re reading” after the Democratic lawmaker asked her if she knew why the committee was meeting.

The meeting descended in further chaos when Crockett asked if a hypothetical comment, which appeared to be a veiled shot at Greene, would violate congressional protocol.

“I’m just curious, just to better understand your ruling,” Crockett said referring to committee chairman Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.). “If someone on this committee then starts talking about somebody’s bleach blonde bad built butch body, that would not be engaging in personalities, correct?”

Greene defended her “built and strong” body in a post on X/Twitter on Monday.

“Yes my body is built and strong NOT with nips, tucks, plastic, or silicone, but through a healthy lifestyle,” she wrote. “Soon turning 50 years old, God willing, I will continue to lift, run, swim, play sports, surf, ski, climb and LIVE this life to the fullest and enjoy every single moment!”
