Doctor laughs at California Republican lawmaker who asks about tracking devices in the COVID vaccines.

A top Republican lawmaker in California was laughed at by a doctor during a Tuesday hearing to discuss the possibility of vaccine passports, when the lawmaker asked if the vaccines contained tracking devices.

Don Wagner, a member of the Orange County Board of Supervisors asked OC Health Care Agency Director Dr. Clayton Chau during the hearing if “there was any intention of tracking folks?.”

Dr. Chau answered “nope”. Wagner followed up by noting some people have suggested the vaccine includes a tracking device injected into recipients and asked whether that’s taking place, according to the Orange County Register.

“Is there any, in the vaccine, we heard about the injection of a tracking device. Is that being done anywhere in Orange County?” Wagner asked.

Dr. Chau paused for a moment then laughed, before answering Wagner’s ridiculous question: “I’m sorry, I just have to compose myself. There is not a vaccine with a tracking device embedded in it that I know of that exists in the world. Period,” he said.
