Donald Trump calls himself a war hero.

Five-time draft dodger Donald Trump suggested on Tuesday that he is a war hero.

Trump referred to himself as a war hero in an interview with conservative radio show host Mark Levin while discussing working with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during Israel’s war with Hamas.

Trump called Netanyahu “a good man,” adding that “he’s in there fighting.”

“He’s a war hero because we worked together,” Trump said. “He’s a war hero. I guess I am too. Nobody cares. But I am too. I mean, I sent those planes.”

In June, Trump ordered airstrikes against three Iranian nuclear enrichment facilities as part of the Israel-Iran war.

An intelligence assessment found that the strikes did not destroy the core components of Iran’s nuclear program and likely only set it back by months.
