Donald Trump fires DHS official for saying the election was the most secure in history.

Donald Trump has fired, the head of the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Christopher Krebs, who worked on protecting the election from hackers after he rejected Trump’s baseless claims of voter fraud.

Trump called Krebs’ assessment and that of the committee “highly inaccurate” and alleged without evidence “massive improprieties and fraud.” Twitter already labeled his tweet as false.

The recent statement by Chris Krebs on the security of the 2020 Election was highly inaccurate, in that there were massive improprieties and fraud – including dead people voting, Poll Watchers not allowed into polling locations, “glitches” in the voting machines which changed votes from Trump to Biden, late voting, and many more. Therefore, effective immediately, Chris Krebs has been terminated as Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

The agency released a statement calling the election the most secure in history.

“There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised,” CISA report read.

Krebs reportedly knew this was coming. He committed the ultimately sin in the Trump administration–publicly disagree with Donald Trump. His firing comes on the second anniversary of CISA.
