Eric Trump, the son of former President Donald Trump insisted on Saturday that no one has done more for Christianity than his father.
Trump praised his father for defending “religious liberty” while speaking at Freedom Fest in Kentucky.
“In fighting for religious liberty, there’s no one that’s done more for Christianity than Donald Trump. No one,” he said.
Several users on social media criticized Eric Trump for his comments, including Republican Rep. Adam Kinzinger who listed Jesus and Billy Graham as two people who did more for Christianity than Donald Trump.
