Even Fox News is losing patience with House Republicans Biden impeachment probe: "Is the public getting tired of it?"

House Republicans monthslong investigation of Joe Biden is yet to produce any evidence of wrongdoing by the president and now it appears that even Fox News is frustrated with the GOP’s lack of progress.

On Thursday, Fox Business host Stuart Varney asked Rep. Kelly Armstrong (R-ND) if the public is “getting tired” of the probe because House Republicans have failed to produce any evidence of Biden’s alleged crimes.

“Do you think maybe the American public is getting a little tired of this?” Varney asked. “Because they can’t they can’t understand it. It’s complicated. They don’t know all the names and places and faces. And you haven’t proved the basic point yet that President Biden was directly involved. Is the public getting tired of it?”

“Well, large-scale international money fraud schemes are, by their very nature, complicated,” Armstrong responded.

“There is no doubt by anybody with two eyes and two ears that Hunter Biden was selling access to President Biden at that time, Vice President Biden,” he added. “The only question is, did this continue? If you think a family as close as this family was, this is the one place where they built absolute firewalls. And that just simply belies the truth.”

House Republicans have accused Biden of benefiting and being influenced by his son, Hunter, foreign business dealings. They are yet to provide any evidence to support their claim.

Further complicating their case is the fact the Alexander Smirnov, the FBI informant whose claim is at the center of House Republicans impeachment effort, was arrested for lying to the FBI about the Bidens.

Armstrong’s comments come one day after Hunter Biden testified before the House Oversight and Judiciary committees where he undermined the premise of the inquiry, saying he “did not involve my father in my business.”
