Far-right GOP congressional candidate Laura Loomer, a self-described ‘proud islamophobe’ broke down in tears on Tuesday night after losing the GOP primary for Congress and vows to never concede because there was fraud in the election.
“I’m not conceding, because I’m a winner and the reality is our Republican Party is broken to its core,” Loomer told supporters. “What we have done tonight has really honestly shocked the nation. We have further exposed the corruption within our own feckless, cowardly Republican Party.”
In another video Loomer was seen complaining about voter fraud and breaking down in tears.
“It breaks my heart that we are in a position in this country today where the Republican Party establishment is participating in the voter fraud machine,” she said, without providing evidence.
“We are losing our country to big-tech election interference,” she added as tears streamed down her face. “And I am pleading with the Republican Party to please start taking this issue seriously, because the American people deserve representation.”
Loomer lost the GOP primary for Florida’s 11th congressional district to incumbent Rep. Daniel Webster.
This is Loomer’s second failed congressional bid. She won the GOP primary in 2020 but lost to her Democratic opponent, Representative Lois Frankel, by more than 16 points in the general election.
