FBI investigating potential hack of Lindsey Graham’s phone.

Lindsey Graham offers bizarre defense of Donald Trump.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) says the FBI has his phone after he received a message from someone impersonating Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y).

Graham revealed the potential hack in comments during the Hill & Valley Forum on Capitol Hill Wednesday, The Washington Times reported.

“My phone is in the hands of the FBI now,” Graham said. “So I get a message, I think, from Schumer, it ain’t from Schumer, and next thing you know, my phone’s, I don’t know what. Anything you can create apparently can be hacked.”

Taylor Reidy, a spokesperson for Graham said that the possible hack is now under investigation.

“The Sergeant at Arms is investigating a possible hack of Sen. Graham’s phone,” Reidy said.

A Democratic aide told The Hill that Graham should have been suspicious of any text from Schumer since the senate leader uses an old school flip phone from the 90s.

“If you get a text message from Schumer, it probably isn’t real,” the aide said.
