Brafman,27, drove past the vehicle and stopped directly in front of the them. He then got out of his car and stayed on the driver side and opened fire at the vehicle with the two men as it drove past him.

Authorites say the vehicle was hit 17 times and the two people inside were each shot once suffering minor injuries.

One of the victims suffered a gunshot wound to his left shoulder, while the second victim suffered a graze wound to his left forearm.

In the interview room Brafman told detectives that he was driving his truck and saw “two Palestinians and shot and killed both,” the report said.

Brafman was charged with two counts of attempted second-degree murder.

Police told Al Jazeera that the men are a father and son visiting from Israel.

Surveillance video showed the Rabeys driving to a condo building to seek help. One of the men can be seen with blood on his shoulder.
