Fox News anchor loses it over Joe Biden answering questions in front of a chopper: "I find it professionally insulting"

A Fox News host criticized Joe Biden for answering questions above the din of Marine One’s churning engines on Tuesday.

Biden’s ‘chopper talk’ apparently insulted Fox News host Dana Perino, despite glowing headlines from her network when Donald Trump did the same thing.

“That’s terrible to me. That’s terrible!” Perino said, according to a clip posted by Mediaite. “If they at the White House communications office want him to make news and want him to take questions, do it in a way where the American people, our allies and our adversaries can hear him clearly, and then you won’t get all the questions as to his mental capacity, because you could actually hear him if he’s being coherent.”

She continued: “I find it professionally insulting as somebody who used to work there, that they think that this is good enough for the president to just to take a question like that when you can’t actually hear him above the rotating blades.”

“It’s not good enough!” Perino added.

Before climbing into Marine One, Biden took questions from reporters about the immigration bill being drafted in the Senate, but is already facing a steep climb in the House.

“I’ve done all I can do. Give me the power. I’ve asked for it from the very day I got in office,” Biden said. “Give me the Border Patrol, give me the people, give me the people- the judges. Give me the people who can stop this and make it work.”

Though the terms of the bill has not been finalized yet, Democratic negotiator Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) says it will allow the president to “shut down the border in between the ports of entry when crossings reach catastrophically high levels.”
