Witnesses say Matt Gaetz attended sex party with high school junior.

Gaetz asks that his pay be withheld if the government shuts down.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fl.) attended a drug-fueled sex party with a high school junior in 2017, according to legal documents filed Thursday.

The filing was written by attorneys for lobbyist and friend of Gaetz, Chris Dorworth, who is trying to recoup legal fees still due to them from a civil lawsuit.

The filing cites sealed testimonies from three witnesses which puts Gaetz at the drug-fueled sex party, allegedly hosted at Dorworth’s Florida home, according to Notus.

The teen girl is identified in the document only as A.B.

“The discovery taken in this case to date reflects that on Saturday, July 15, 2017… Dorworth, hosted a party at his residence… with the following guests present: (1) A.B.; (2) K.M.; (3) B.G.; (4) Matt Gaetz,” lawyers wrote

K.M. provided a sworn affidavit that says A.B. a high school junior at the time, was naked and said people were there to “engage in sexual activities.”

The witness also said that “alcohol, cocaine, ecstasy… and marijuana” were present at the party.

The filing marks the first time “that sworn testimony has been referenced in public court filings alleging that the congressman attended one of the long-rumored parties tied to an alleged underage sex scandal,” according to Notus

Gaetz’s former associate Joel Greenberg, who is currently serving 11 years in prison for fraud and sex trafficking a minor, reportedly claimed in a confession letter that Gaetz paid him to arrange sex with several women and a girl who was 17 at the time.

Gaetz has repeatedly denied engaging in sex trafficking or having sex with a minor and the DOJ investigation ended without bringing charges against the congressman. But there is an ongoing House Ethics Committee probe.
