Georgia man challenges the eligibility of more than 13k voters in one county.

Georgia Republican official who claims 2020 election was stolen, voted illegally 9 times.

One Georgia voter is challenging the eligibility of 13,600 voters in his county as early voting is underway in the state’s primary election.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Frank Schneider, a man who identifies himself as a registered voter in Forsyth County filed the challenge on Monday.

Schneider said he compared Forsyth County’s voter rolls with the U.S. Postal Service’s National Change of Address database and found that 13,609 have an address that’s different than the one listed on their voter registration.

“Please consider this my request that a hearing be held to determine these voters’ eligibility to vote within Forsyth County,” he writes in the am email to Mandi Smith, director of the county’s voter registration and elections department.

Under Georgia’s Election Integrity Act of 2021, any voter can challenge the eligibility of voters in their city or county.

This appears to be the largest single challenge since the law was passed.
