Republican Congressman from Michigan, Paul Mitchell begged Donald Trump to stop spreading wild conspiracy theories about the 2020 election, for the sake of the country.
On Sunday, Donald Trump sent out another tweet claiming that everybody knows the election was rigged.

“They know Biden didn’t get more votes from the Black community than Obama, & certainly didn’t get 80,000,000 votes. Look what happened in Detroit, Philadelphia, plus!,” Trump said.
Rep. Mitchell responded to Trump’s tweet, writing: “Oh my God. .@realDonaldTrump Please for the sake of our Nation please drop these arguments without evidence or factual basis. #stopthestupid“
#Stopthestupid quickly became another anti-Trump trend on Twitter Sunday night after Rep. Mitchell’s tweet.

Mitchell is the latest Michigan representative to push back on Donald Trump’s claims about widespread voter fraud in the election especially in large, most black Democratic areas, without providing any evidence.
But, before you get too excited, you should know that he plans to retire in January.
