Arizona certified its election results on Monday, officially handing President-elect Biden the state’s 11 electoral votes. But, it was the state’s GOP governor appearing to ignore a call from Donald Trump that stole the show.
Video shared by 12 News KPNX reporter Brahm Resnik shows Ducey getting and silencing a phone call as he deals with the official paperwork. Based on the ringtone “Hail to the Chief” and Ducey’s past comments we can safely assume that he ignored a phone call from Donald Trump.

In July, Ducey said he changed his official ringtone for the White House to ‘Hail to the Chief’ to avoid missing a call from Trump or VP Pence.
Earlier on Monday, Trump lashed out at Ducey on Twitter, asking why he was “rushing to put a Democrat in office, especially when so many horrible things concerning voter fraud are being revealed at the hearing going on right now.”
It was this hearing that Trump called in to air his grievances after Gov. Ducey ignored his call. He tore into Ducey, claiming that “Arizona will not forget” what he just did.
