Democratic Rep. John Mannion (NY) used some very colorful language to tell Rep. Mike Lawler (R-NY) to remove himself from the Democratic side of the House floor in an exchange that was briefly captured on hot mic.
“Fucking get over there and get some fucking balls!” Mannion yelled at Lawler. “Tell them! Tell them! You know who I am!”
In a tweet after the incident Lawler accused Mannion of being “unhinged and unprofessional.”
“That was a shameful display that exposed his complete lack of temperament,” Lawler added. “No wonder numerous staffers have previously alleged a toxic work environment. He should go seek help for anger management — and fuck off.”
