Jerry Falwell Jr. will take an indefinite leave of absence from Liberty University.

Days after posting a vacation photo with his pants unzipped and his arm around a woman who is not his wife, btw with a glass of ” black water” in his hand, Jerry Falwell Jr. has agreed to take an indefinite leave of absence from his role as president and chancellor of Liberty University.

A one-sentence statement from the university says: “The Executive Committee of Liberty University’s Board of Trustees, acting on behalf of the full Board, met today and requested that Jerry Falwell, Jr. take an indefinite leave of absence from his roles as President and Chancellor.”

Falwell, a staunch Trump ally has been the president of the university since 2007.

The statement did not go into details as to why Falwell was stepping down but the school subjects its students to a strict code of conduct that prohibits premarital sex, the possession and use of alcoholic beverages and the consumption of media that includes “lewd lyrics, anti-Christian messages, sexual content, nudity, pornography.”

    1. Thank you, Midge. And yes, can’t expect the students to be following the code of conduct if their leader isn’t setting the example.
