Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) made a reality defying attempt to defend Donald Trump on Fox News Tuesday evening.
“The next time you hear the word felon in this election, I think the felon in this election is Joe Biden,” Graham told Fox News’ Jesse Watters.
“What he’s doing to the country is criminal. His border policies are allowing people to be raped and murdered on the street.”
The actual felon in the presidential election is Trump. Last month, the former president was convicted on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records to pay hush money to a porn star to save his 2016 presidential campaign.
Trump is also facing three additional criminal cases, two related to his attempt to overturn the 2020 presidential election and the other related to his alleged mishandling of classified documents after leaving office and obstruction of justice.
