A MAGA landlord in Colorado sent out a letter on Monday to his tenants threatening to double rent if Donald Trump loses his re-election bid.
Bernie Pagel, the owner of Pagel’s Trailer Park Community in Fort Morgan, Colorado told his tenants: “If Joe Biden is elected as our next president everything you do and have to pay for will change completely”….”Everything will be increased.”
“Most likely, your rent will DOUBLE in price,” Pagel states in his letter.
He implied that the only way to avoid a rent increase “AT LEAST FOR THE NEXT 2 YEARS” is to ensure a Trump victory on November 3 by voting for him.
After threatening to raise everything if Biden wins, Pagel added, “we aren’t telling you how to vote.” But, “if Trump wins we all win. If Biden wins, we all lose.”
The Colorado AG’s office is now investigating.
