Man arrested with a gun and 20 rounds of ammo near House building.

A 71-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday parked outside the Rayburn House Office Building near the U.S. Capitol.

The suspect is not yet identified, and authorities haven’t released any information but according to NBC reporter, Scott MacFarlane the man had a gun and 20 rounds of 9mm ammunition. He was parked near the Rayburn House Office Building, which houses 139 offices for Representatives.



There is increased security at the Capitol since Jan. 6 when supporters of Donald Trump stormed the Capitol.
