A man who was photographed carrying a Confederate flag into the U.S. Capitol during last week’s riot was arrested on Thursday in Delaware, authorities told the New York Times.

The man, identified as Kevin Seefried was wanted by the FBI following the attack on the Capitol that left five dead including Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick.

His arrests came after the FBI’s Washington Field Office sent out a tweet on Sunday asking the public for help to identify those “who unlawfully entered the U.S. Capitol on January 6.”

“Help the #FBI identify individuals who unlawfully entered the U.S. Capitol on January 6 and assaulted federal law enforcement personnel,” read the tweet. The bureau asked the public to reference photograph #30 when providing a tip on the whereabouts of the man with the Confederate flag.

The U.S. attorney’s office for D.C. has charged more than 70 cases following the attack on the U.S. Capitol, and the FBI has opened investigations into more than 170 people.
