Marjorie Taylor Greene introduces legislation to fire Dr. Fauci and ban vaccine passports.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene introduced two new legislations on Thursday. The first “Fire Fauci Act” is designed to fire the nation’s top infectious disease expert, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and the second is the “We Will Not Comply Act” that will serve as a ban for vaccine “passports.”

The ‘Fire Fauci Act’ is designed to cut the salary of Dr. Fauci—who she derides as “Dr. Always Wrong”— to zero. Greene said the cut would be made until a new director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases is “confirmed by the Senate.” There’s just one problem with that, a NIAID director is not subject to Senate confirmation.

The ‘We Will Not Comply Act’ will, “ban vaccine passports, prevent discrimination against the unvaccinated, and much more to protect the freedom of the American People,” her office said in statement.

The chances of these bills getting passed in the House is zero.

Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) said the new pieces of legislation proposed by Greene are examples “of why Members of Congress need good staff.”

“Helps prevent us from introducing stupid, nonsensical bills,” he tweeted.
