Marjorie Taylor Greene says she has the full support of Donald Trump and will “never apologize” or “back down”.

Marjorie Taylor Greene says she plans to meet with Trump "soon".

QAnon Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene said on Saturday that she has the full support of Donald Trump as more Democrats call for her to be expelled from Congress.

In a series of tweets Greene said she had a “‘GREAT call” with Donald Trump and she is “grateful for his support”.

This comes amid newly unearthed social media activity and videos that shows Greene endorsing violence against top Democratic politicians including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in 2018, harassing survivors of the Parkland High School shooting and calling people with Down Syndrome “stupid,” among other controversial remarks.

Republicans rewarded this behavior by placing her on the House Education and Labor Committee.

Democrats are calling for her to be expelled and Pelosi slammed Republican leadership for allowing her to serve on the Education Committee.

On Saturday, Greene wrote that she will “never apologize” or “back down” even though she has received bipartisan condemnation for her past behavior.
