QAnon Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene is touting her close relationship with Donald Trump as calls grow for her to be expelled from Congress over past remarks.
On Monday, she told OANN that she plans to meet with Trump at Mar-a-Lago “soon” and he’s been “doing really well” since leaving the White House.
“I’m excited to go visit him soon and continue to give him a call and talk to him frequently,” she said according to Politico. “Great news is, he supports me 100 percent, and I’ve always supported him. President Trump is always here for the people, and he’s not going anywhere. So I look forward to, to joining him and what his future plans may be.”
Greene has been touting her relationship with Trump as Democrats demand action against her for past comments.
On Saturday, she thanked Donald Trump for his support after a phone call the two had. Trump’s team never confirmed that the call took place.
