White House Chief of Staff, Mark Meadows refused to speak to reporters with a mask on as he visits Capitol Hill for the confirmation hearing for Judge Amy Coney Barrett on Monday.
Meadows did not test positive for the virus but he spent alot of time with Donald Trump during his recent infection with the disease and he works at the White House which is now a coronavirus hostpot.
Meadows pulled a microphone towards him as he backed away from reporters and started to remove his mask. After CNN reporter Kristen Wilson objected and insisted that he keeps his mask on, Mark Meadows walked off telling reporters, “I’m not going to talk through a mask.” Its worth noting that he was wearing a mask when he said this.
