Mike Johnson condemns bomb threats targeting Democrats.

Mike Johnson claims Biden pardoning Hunter ‘irreparably damage’ trust in the justice system after undermining justice system for Trump.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) condemned bomb threats targeting Democratic lawmakers on Thanksgiving.

Nearly all of the House and Senate Democrats from Connecticut were the targets of bomb threats at their homes on Thursday.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries’ (D-N.Y.) office said each threat was “signed with ‘MAGA’ at the conclusion of the message.”

Rhode Island Democrats also reported receiving bomb threats.

None of the threats were determined to be credible. Officers did not recover any explosives at the lawmakers’ homes.

“America is a democracy,” Jeffries said. “Threats of violence against elected officials are unacceptable, unconscionable and have no place in a civilized society. All perpetrators of political violence directed at any party must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.”

In a statement on X Saturday, Johnson called the attack “insane behavior” adding, “regardless of what party you belong to, your political opponents are not your enemy.”

Several Trump nominees were also targeted by bomb threats as well this week.
