MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell claims unnamed state attorneys general are planning to file a new lawsuit with the Supreme Court, next Tuesday, using evidence he has received since his failed cyber symposium in August to ask the court to “pull down” or “do a new election” without voting machines.
“This is Article Four of the Constitution,” Lindell told Steve Bannon on his podcast. “The guarantee clause requires the United States to guarantee the states a Republican form of government and provide protection from foreign invasion.”
“That’s just one smidgen of the case,” he added.
Lindell said the lawsuit is asking the Supreme Court to “declare all changes made to state election laws by non-legislative officials unconstitutional,” and to either “pull down” the last election or call for a new election without voting machines.
To put pressure on the court to take the case from these unnamed state AGs, Lindell is planning to host a 96 hour telethon beginning midnight on Wednesday where he is “going to take apart the case” state by state and point out what “horrible news outlets like Fox News” failed to report.
Lindell is currently the subject of a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit from voting machine company, Dominion Voting Systems for alleging the company conspired with Democrats to steal the election from Donald Trump.
Attorneys for the company say Lindell “knowingly lied about Dominion to sell more pillows to people who continued tuning in to hear what they wanted to hear about the election.”
Lindell claims the case being file by the state AGs has “hard facts” that will refute Dominion’s claims.
There is no evidence of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election. Cyber security experts say the 2020 presidential election was the most secure election in the country’s history.
