Mike Lindell threatens to sue reporter who asked about his non-existent Supreme Court filing.

Mike Lindell plans protest outside Fox News headquarters.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell threatened to sue a Daily Beast reporter who asked about his failure to file a lawsuit with the Supreme Court which he says would overturn the results of the election.

Last week, Lindell boasts to Steve Bannon on his podcast that state attorneys general would file a case to the Supreme Court on Tuesday, citing evidence he collected since his failed cyber symposium in August, to ask the court to “pull down” the last or call for a new election without voting machines.

But the Supreme Court had no record of any filing from the state attorneys general or Lindell himself.

Asked about the filing and why it was not made public, Lindell lashed out at the reporter and threaten to take legal action.

“Are you out of your mind?” Lindell shouted at the reporter . “You call me again, I am suing you!”

On Monday, Lindell claimed that a last-minute pressure campaign orchestrated by the RNC and chairwoman Ronna McDaniel is preventing him from securing the signatures to file the case with SCOTUS on Tuesday

McDaniel recently admitted that President Joe Biden won the election.

“We believe that they have reached out to multiple [attorneys general] and put pressure on them, not to sign the Supreme Court complaint,” Lindell said during a livestream on Monday, according to the Daily Beast.

“How dare the RNC try and stop this case from getting to the Supreme Court. Shame on you, RNC! You are worse than Fox [News] now!” he added. “You can’t tell me why Ronna McDaniel, the head of the RNC, made a statement saying Biden won three days before this Supreme Court complaint was supposed to go to the Supreme Court.”

The next day, he blamed state AGs fighting COVID mandates for his failure to meet the deadline to file his case.
