Newsom’s office trolls ‘fascist cuck’ Stephen Miller after judge blocks sweeping ICE arrests in LA: “Cry harder”

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) office slammed White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller on Friday after a federal judge temporarily blocked the Trump administration’s immigration arrests amid its large-scale immigration crackdown in Los Angeles.

On Friday, US District Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, ruled that the Department of Homeland Security must develop guidance for officers to determine “reasonable suspicion” outside of the apparent race or ethnicity of a person, the language they speak or their accent, “presence at a particular location” such as a bus stop or “the type of work one does.”

The Trump administration vowed to appeal the ruling.

In the meantime, Miller responded to the ruling by calling Frimpong a “communist judge,” adding “this is another act of insurrection against the United States and its sovereign people.'”

Newsom’s office fired back at Miller calling him a “fascist cuck.”

“This fascist cuck in DC continues his assault on democracy and the Constitution, and his attempt to replace the sovereignty of the people with autocracy,” Newsom’s office wrote. “Sorry the Constitution hurt your feelings, Stephen. Cry harder.”

‘Cuck’ is an insult widely used by MAGA figures to describe anyone who criticize Trump. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines the term “cuck” as “a man whose wife is unfaithful” or a “weak or submissive man.”

Newsom’s office use of the term to describe Miller might be in reference to rumors surrounding the Trump adviser’s marriage.

Newsom took a more measured approach in response to the ruling, saying in a statement that “justice prevailed.”

“The court’s decision puts a temporary stop to federal immigration officials violating people’s rights and racial profiling,” he wrote in a statement on X. “California stands with the law and the Constitution — and I call on the Trump Administration to do the same.”
