Nick Fuentes charged with battery after pepper spraying woman and pushing her to the ground.

Far right influencer Nick Fuentes has been charged with battery, according to reports.

A Berwyn Police Department report obtained by the Smoking Gun shows Marla Rose, 57, a Berwyn resident, said Fuentes maced her and shoved her to the ground outside his suburban Chicago home last month.

Fuentes went viral last month and was doxxed online after her posted “your body, my choice. Forever” in response to Donald Trump winning the presidential election.

The remark drew the ire of several women, including Rose, who went to Fuentes‘ home in Berwyn, Ill, to ask him why he made the comment.

Video of the confrontation appears to show Fuentes opening his door and spraying Rose with pepper spray then pushed to the ground. The video ends with Fuentes stomping on her cell phone.

Police reported that Fuentes said he was in “fear for his life” after he “posted a political joke online.”

Fuentes was reportedly booked on Nov. 27 and charged with battery and released. He is due in court in Cook County on Dec. 19.

Fuentes, known for espousing white supremacist and antisemitic ideology, made national headlines in November 2022 when he and rapper Ye dined with Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago.

Trump later claimed that he had no idea who Fuentes was when he accompanied Ye to dinner.
