Nikki Haley’s campaign calls Trump’s victory speech a “temper tantrum.”

Trump denies report he is considering Haley for VP.

Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley’s campaign dismissed Donald Trump’s victory speech attacking her as a “temper tantrum.”

Trump won the New Hampshire GOP primary election Tuesday night but he spent much of his time after attacking Haley on social media and in his victory speech.

“Last night, Donald Trump reminded voters that they have a choice between two diametrically opposed visions: Make America Unhinged Again or Make America Normal Again,” Haley spokesperson Nachama Soloveichik said, according to The Hill.

“Like Joe Biden, Trump is completely consumed by his own perpetual drama and grievances,” she continued. “Americans want a leader who will focus on securing the border, stopping China, and combating the inflation that both Trump and Biden caused — not social media meltdowns.”

Another Haley aide called Trump’s speech “weird, nasty and angry,” and an outside ally told CNN that the speech is “a huge gift to us,” referring to Haley’s campaign.

Despite finishing 11 points behind Trump in the Granite State, Haley said she plans to remain in the race.

“New Hampshire is first in the nation. It is not the last in the nation,” Haley said. “This race is far from over. There are dozens of states left to go. And the next one is my sweet state of South Carolina.”
