Judge frees Mary Trump from gag order, allowing her to speak freely about her family.

Donald Trump’s niece Mary Trump is allowed to speak freely about her family and promote her bombshell tell book, Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created The World’s Most Dangerous Man, after a NY judge released her from a gag order.

Mary Trump and her publisher Simon & Schuster won the lawsuit brought by Donald Trump’s younger brother, Robert seeking to halt the publication of the book slated to be released tomorrow.

This comes as Robert was re-admitted to the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit at New York’s Mount Sinai hospital on Thursday. According to the Daily Beast, he was moved from the NSICU to the Neurosurgical Care Unit (NSCU) on Monday and is said to be resting.

Mary Trump’s attorney Theodore Boutrous Jr. said in a statement:

“The court got it right in rejecting the Trump family’s effort to squelch Mary Trump’s core political speech on important issues of public concern. The First Amendment forbids prior restraints because they are intolerable infringements on the right to participate in democracy. Tomorrow, the American public will be able to read Mary’s important words for themselves.”

The hotly anticipated book sold close to 1 million copies so far and is on its third print run, according to people knowledgeable about the book.
