A one-year-old Ukrainian boy died after being raped by two Russian soldiers, Lyudmyla Leontiyivna Denisova the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights said in a statement.

Denisova did not give any further details about the alleged incident but said in the statement that this is just one of the several incidents of sexual crimes committed by the Russians “that make the blood run cold.”

Denisova said her office received 10 reports of sexual violence in one hour on Thursday, including eight cases of minors being raped.

Other allegations in the report include the rape of nine-year-old triplets in front of their mother, the rape of a two-year-old girl who survived, the rape of two ten-year-old boys, and the rape of two men ages 67 and 78.

The majority of the new reports were coming from around the Kharkiv area where Russia started withdrawing troops this week. The reports were made by relatives or by the victims themselves.

“This is the genocide of the Ukrainian people with special cruelty!  This is a violation not only of the rules of international humanitarian law, but also of its very essence, the morals of the civilized world!” Denisova said in the statement. “I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the Russian military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of genocide of the Ukrainian people.”
