Playgirl' denies asking Officer Michael Fanone to pose nude in their magazine.

Playgirl magazine was forced to deny a report that it asked DC Metropolitan Police officer Michael Fanone to pose nude.

According to Time Magazine, Fanone was asked to pose nude in Playgirl magazine but the hero cop declined.

But Playgirl publisher Jack Lindley Kuhns denied the report on Thursday telling Insider: “I can confirm that Playgirl Magazine never sent any request for Michael Fanone to pose in the publication.”

Fanone helped to defend the Capitol on Jan. 6 against a pro-Trump storming the building. He was dragged from the police line, beaten unconscious and tased repeatedly to the point where he suffered a heart attack. He has told news outlets that he suffers from PTSD as a result of that day.

He has become one of the strongest and most effective critics of Republican lawmakers downplaying the violence on Jan.6, and has testified before a select committee in the House investigating the events of that day.
