Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger one of the most vocal critics of Donald Trump in the Republican Party said no Republican with a clean conscience can vote to object to election results after hearing Trump’s phone call with Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
“This is absolutely appalling. To every member of Congress considering objecting to the election results, you cannot- in light of this- do so with a clean conscience. #RestoreOurGOP,” Kinzinger tweeted.

In the recording of the call, Trump asked Raffensperger to find 11,780 votes to help him overturn President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the state.

“So look. All I want to do is this – I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have. Because we won the state,’ Trump said. “It’s pretty clear that we won. We won pretty substantially. And you even see it by rally size.”
