RNC chairwoman regrets Giuliani and Powell bizarre news conference at RNC headquarters.

RNC chairwoman regrets over Giuliani and Powell news conference at RNC headquarters.

RNC Chairwoman, Ronna McDaniel expressed regret that she allowed Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, attorneys for Donald Trump to use the RNC headquarters to spread lies about widespread voter fraud in the November elections.

“When I saw some of the things Sidney was saying, without proof, I certainly was concerned it was happening in my building,” McDaniel told the New York Times. “There are a whole host of issues we had to deal with — what is the liability of the RNC, if these allegations are made and unfounded?”

During the Nov. 19 press conference at the RNC headquarters, attorneys for Trump claim to have evidence of widespread voter fraud in the election and they can prove that Trump actually won some key battleground states.

“I know crimes, I can smell them. You don’t have to smell this one, I can prove it to you, 18 different ways,” Giuliani said. “I can prove it to you that Trump won Pennsylvania by 300,000 votes. I can prove to you that he won Michigan probably by 50,000 votes.”

Powell also claimed that there was a conspiracy to change votes from Donald Trump to President Joe Biden using Dominion voting machines and it involved dead Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez.

Both Giuliani and Powell have since been sued by Dominion Voting Systems for defamation. The company is seeking $1.3 billion in damages from each of them.
