Ronna McDaniel wins re-election for RNC chair.

Ronna McDaniel has won reelection for the chairman of the Republican National Committee (RNC).

McDaniel easily defeated her challengers California attorney Harmeet Dhillon and election denier MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell.

McDaniel was reelected to a fourth term after receiving 111 votes. Dhillon received 51 and Lindell received four. Former Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-N.Y.), received one vote even though he did not run for the position.

“We need all of us. We heard you, grassroots. We know. We heard Harmeet, we heard Mike Lindell,” McDaniel said in a speech after her victory. “But with us united and all of us going together, the Democrats are going to hear us in 2024 when we take back the White House and the Senate.”
