Seven doctors contracted COVID after attending an anti-vax conference in Florida.

Seven doctors who attended an anti-vax conference in Florida tests positive for COVID-19.

Seven doctors tested positive for COVID-19 days after attending an anti-vaccine conference at an equine facility in Florida, the Daily Beast reports.

The event was organized by anti-vax doctor John Littell, who has said masks are ineffective and promoted ivermectin as a treatment for COVID.

Littell told the Daily Beast that seven doctors out of the more than 800 people who attended the conference at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL have since tested positive for COVID or developed COVID symptoms “within days of the conference,” including Dr. Bruce Boros.

At the conference, Boros, 71, said both he and his wife “have been on ivermectin for 16 months.”

“I have never felt healthier in my life,” he declared.

Two days later he fell ill with COVID-19.

Littell said “everybody so far has responded to treatment with ivermectin,” including Boros. However, people who know Boros told the Daily Beast that he is very ill at home.

Still, Littell said he didn’t consider the conference to be a superspreader event, and that the people who tested positive for COVID were all likely infected before the conference started.
