The FBI recovered 11 sets of classified documents, including some marked top secret during Mar-a-Lago search, report says.

FBI searched Mar-a-Lago for documents related to nuclear weapons.

The FBI recovered 11 sets of classified documents during a search at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home on Monday, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The Journal, which reviewed a three-page list of items that FBI agents took during the search, revealed that agents took about 20 boxes of items including binders of photos, a handwritten note and Trump’s grant of clemency to his Roger Stone and information about the “President of France”.

Some of the documents seized were marked top Secret and were to be kept in special government facilities. According to the report agents recovered four sets of top secret documents.

Agents also acquired three sets of secret documents and three sets of confidential documents.

This comes after the Washington Post reported on Thursday that the FBI search Mar-a-Lago for documents related to nuclear weapons.

Trump released a statement on Friday disputing the Post report.

“Nuclear weapons issue is a Hoax, just like Russia, Russia, Russia was a Hoax, two Impeachments were a Hoax, the Mueller investigation was a Hoax, and much more. Same sleazy people involved,” the statement said.
