These 10 Democrats voted to advance Republican funding bill.

The Senate voted to advance a Republican-backed bill to fund the government, paving the way for it to pass ahead of the midnight deadline.

While Republicans control the Senate, they do not hold the 60 seats necessary to break a filibuster.

The final vote was 62-38, as 10 Democrats joined Republicans in supporting the measure. Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul and all other Democrats opposed.

The ten Democrats are:

  • Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.)
  • Senate Democratic Whip Dick Durbin (D-Ill.)
  • Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (D-Nev.)
  • Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-N.H.)
  • Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.)
  • Sen. Gary Peters (D-Mich.)
  • Sen. Brian Schatz (D-Hawaii)
  • Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.)
  • Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.)
  • Sen. Angus King (Maine), an independent who caucuses with Democrats.

Peters and Shaheen have announced they will retire at the end of their current terms.
