Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C) finally debuted his girlfriend at the third GOP primary debate in Miami, Florida on Wednesday after months of speculation.
Scott, who has been insisting that he is seeing someone, brought the mystery woman onstage at the debate to pose for photos.
The campaign confirmed she is Scott’s girlfriend and identified her as Mindy Noce.
Noce is a Charleston-area interior designer and mother of three, according to Politico.
Scott, 58, has never been married and was believed to be single until he started mentioning a girlfriend on the campaign trail in May. He never revealed her identity or bring her to campaign events, but insisted she exists.
After Wednesday night’s debate, he told reporters that he has been dating Noce for “about a year“.
