Trump confuses Harris for Biden in Fox News town hall.

Donald Trump appeared to forget who he is running against in a Fox News town hall hosted by Sean Hannity on Wednesday.

During the event, Trump told Hannity he “can’t imagine” why anyone would vote for Joe Biden in New Hampshire.

“New Hampshire was so badly treated by the Democrat Party and by Joe Biden and her, I can’t imagine New Hampshire voting for him,” Trump said.

“Anybody in New Hampshire—because they’re watching right now—anybody in New Hampshire that votes for Biden and Kamala, I really think, I call her Comrade Kamala because that’s what her ideology is, but you know that she did something after decades and decades and decades; it was Iowa, the first two—Iowa, New Hampshire—that’s what way people thought it was gonna be,” Trump continued. “He didn’t want to go to New Hampshire. He didn’t want to play the New Hampshire game.”

President Biden dropped out of the race in July and endorsed Harris as his replacement at the top of the Democratic ticket, a fact Trump still hasn’t gotten over.

And no wonder. Harris has wiped out Trump’s lead nationally and in several crucial swing states leaving the former president’s campaign reeling.

Furthermore, Harris has forced the Trump campaign to reconsider efforts to expand their electoral map.

Earlier this week a leaked email from Tom Mountain, a top Trump campaign volunteer in Massachussetts, said the campaign has determined that “New Hampshire is no longer a battleground state,” and is “pulling back” to turn their attention to Pennsylvania instead.

Mountain said the campaign has been forced to “shift strategy” after  Harris replaced Biden at the top of the Democratic ticket.
