With just days left until he’s out of office, Donald Trump is reportedly fantasizing about his presidential library and museum he plans to build in Florida.
According to The Washington Post, Trump has been telling supporters and donors that he wants to collect $2 billion through small dollar donations to build his library and museum in the Sunshine State.
That would far exceed the cost of any other US presidential library in the country.

Former Trump associates say he could run into some difficulties trying to raise such a massive sum after inciting a mob of his supporters to storm the Capitol, but he’s still moving ahead, unfazed, and is reportedly considering his social media director Dan Scavino, who formerly served as social media director and deputy chief of staff, to run it.
“I thought to myself, what is this alternative fantasy life you’re living? I have no clue where they think they’ll get this money raised. Anyone who gives to him will be radioactive,” an unnamed fundraiser told the Post of Trump’s plans.
Trump plans to leave the White House for Florida on the morning of January 20 before Biden is sworn in.
