Former President Donald Trump is still claiming that he did nothing wrong after CNN reported that prosecutors have an audio tape of him admitting that he kept classified documents after he left the White House.
“I don’t know anything about it. All I know is this. Everything I did was right,” Trump said at a town hall in Iowa hosted by Fox News host Sean Hannity, according to Politico.
CNN reported on Wednesday that the Justice Department (DOJ) has an audio recording of a July 2021 meeting at Trump’s golf club in Bedminster, N.J. in which the former president discussed a classified document he took from the White House.
The classified Pentagon document reportedly details a potential U.S. attack on Iran.
