Donald Trump has filed two lawsuits against Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger after an audio of their one hour long phone call on Saturday was leaked to the media.
Chairman of the Georgia Republican Party David Shafer said Trump plans to sue since the phone call was part of a ‘confidential settlement discussion’ regarding litigation.

“President @realDonaldTrump has filed two lawsuits – federal and state – against @GaSecofState,” Shafer tweeted. “The telephone conference call @GaSecofState secretly recorded was a ‘confidential settlement discussion’ of that litigation, which is still pending.”
In the leaked audio of the hour long phone call. Donald Trump was demanding that Raffensperger find 11,780 votes to overturn the results of the election in the state.
“So look. All I want to do is this – I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have. Because we won the state,’ Trump said. “It’s pretty clear that we won. We won pretty substantially. And you even see it by rally size.”
“There’s no way I lost Georgia,” Trump said. “There’s no way. We won by hundreds of thousands of votes.”

Biden won the state by more than 11,779 votes, a lead that has survived numerous recounts and lawsuits. Biden is the first democratic candidate for president to win Georgia since 1992.
